v200.8 closes the v200.x construction series. It does not add another architecture turn or redesign the homepage. It standardizes active metadata, source provenance, navigation order, internal UI hooks, release files, validation, and the complete Human-Counterpart handoff.

## What is frozen for review

- the v200.7 navigation-first splash and five browse lanes;
- the node-first Huey / Monkey-Head-Project candidate model;
- 40 registered routes: 29 indexed and 11 historical noindex routes;
- the compact deliberate image set and system-font policy;
- the six truth layers and four source origins;
- merged repository v120.3 beside the separate v121.0 candidate;
- no private continuity profile and no private archive payload.

## Repository source distinction

GitHub `main` is current at `2b613238`. The repository is 12 commits ahead of the earlier website snapshot, but the changed paths are dependency, requirement, setup, and CI maintenance files. The architecture documents used by the site remain unchanged from `9c29f55e`. v200.8 records both commits rather than calling maintenance churn an architecture revision.

## Standardization changes

- promoted every active build, release, cache, manifest, route, machine, and report marker to v200.8;
- replaced minor-release CSS/JS hooks from v203, v204, v206, and v207 with stable semantic `dlrp-*` hooks;
- standardized rail and modal map order as System → Lab → Records → Documents → Human;
- fixed duplicate System rail numbering;
- standardized source metadata as repository head plus architecture-source commit;
- regenerated route data, site index, manifests, service worker, image manifest, file index, audits, validation, and checksums;
- added a 191-question Human-Counterpart review packet and 40-route page-review matrix;
- added no new architecture claim, image payload, font binary, remote font dependency, or private archive.
