# Node Sovereignty and Collective Coordination

A Huey node is intended to preserve coherent identity, continuity, local evidence, and recoverable operation. The Monkey-Head-Project may later coordinate resources and decisions above individual nodes. Collective coordination must not silently erase node boundaries, and node creation or bifurcation does not automatically confer governance authority.

## Current authority

Dylan L.R. Pollock remains the current canon authority. Atlas remains an external continuity and implementation partner. HIMS remains non-controlling infrastructure.

## Future questions

Future work must distinguish identity, continuity, operational authority, and governance authority; define delegation and refusal; establish authenticated membership; preserve lineage records; handle disconnection and conflict; and prevent automatic authority transfer during bifurcation.

Collective membership, representation, voting, offices, shared memory authority, bifurcated-node recognition, dispute handling, and shared-model governance remain target-state questions.
