# Human-Counterpart Handoff — DLRP.ca v200.8

## Purpose

v200.8 is the frozen input to the v201.x Human-Counterpart review. The package has passed structural, asset, metadata, and interaction validation, but that does not establish factual approval, privacy approval, first-person voice, or public fit.

## Recommended review order

1. Review `HUMAN-COUNTERPART-REVIEW-v201.x.md` and mark P0 decisions.
2. Review `PAGE-REVIEW-MATRIX-v201.x.json` route by route.
3. Confirm the node/collective model and the status of the v121.0 candidate.
4. Confirm current hardware, software, device roles, and project-status claims from direct observation.
5. Approve, revise, remove, or defer personal facts and images.
6. Review mutable external facts and links.
7. Approve accessibility, privacy, rights, deployment, and retention policy.
8. Implement v201.x changes only after the relevant layer is identified: website, README, master plan, explanatory docs, governance, or runtime.

## Acceptance rule

A polished page is not automatically accurate. A validated package is not automatically approved. A website decision does not silently become repository or runtime canon.
