Huey Constitution

The constitutional layer is part of what makes Huey distinct, but it is not the site’s introductory layer. This page is the public doorway into the law, governance, and rights structure behind the project.

At a public level, the project is built around decentralized governance and unified memory. The deeper constitutional drafts live in the downloadable texts, while this page keeps the broader legal shape readable.

How to read it

The constitution is not the same document as the book or the master plan. It defines authority, offices, ratification, crisis distinctions, oversight, and amendment logic. The book explains the project in normal language. The master plan tracks what exists and what comes next. The constitution gives the machine its lawful shape.
