ACTIVE BUILD DIRECTION

Huey V4 is the lead project.

The reset is not a vague server-farm dream. It is the physical work required to turn one shell, donor lineage, and an existing compute system into one real, serviceable machine.

The current external machine is intended to move inside after baseline, fit, power, cooling, storage, service, and rollback validation.

WORKING COMPUTE

Four GPUs

3 × Tesla V100 32 GB plus one 8 GB utility GPU is the strongest current candidate, not a completed configuration.

IMPLEMENTATION ORDER

Baseline before disassembly. Cohesion before acceleration.

  1. Capture the current machine.Inventory, photographs, boot state, RAID health, backups, thermals, PCIe devices, firmware, and rollback.
  2. Inventory V3 and V2.Identify final base elements, donor candidates, damage, dimensions, fasteners, wiring, and access.
  3. Design the node boundary.Motherboard and storage mounts, power domains, cable paths, cooling, service doors, weight, and emergency shutdown.
  4. Integrate the existing kernel.Move only after the physical and electrical plan is evidence-backed.
  5. Validate one machine.Boot, recovery, evidence, heat, noise, access, safe stop, and a declared useful operation.
  6. Expand compute deliberately.Measure GPU fit and topology before procurement or software commitments.
COMPUTE

Practical assignments now; inference target later.

CPU-first support

Transcription, orchestration, logging, I/O, and system duties remain the current practical direction.

Major-GPU parallel path

The intended inference path must be software-coordinated. Exact framework, model, sharding method, latency, capacity, and degraded operation remain open.
