Master Plan
Machine-facing spec, phase logic, and implementation map.
The master plan is the deeper canonical map. It tracks what Huey is, how Huey Core fits into that picture, what the Farm is supposed to become, and how the constitutional and physical layers relate to one another.
In the current v30.x line, it also carries the active founding-ratification doctrine, the portal-terminal boundary, and the distinction between Huey Core, Huey-Compressed, and later distributed expansion.
What v25 locks in
Huey Core
The minimal permissible instance of Huey and the active proof machine.
Huey Pulse / Pi role
The always-on body-state and connectivity layer, including dashboard ownership, monitoring, and edge interaction brokering.
Uno → Pi → main board
The current preferred path for RF input, low-level I/O, state handling, and higher-level inference.
Portrait display
The seven-inch display belongs to the Pi by default and acts as the visible pulse of the body.
Wireless conversational edge
YES / NO / short conversation / long dictation is now the working button model for the RF path.
~80 GB distributed threshold
The larger proof remains the hardware and software threshold that moves Huey from doorway to wider system.
